i have just returned from a 3 night stay at these apartments as a group of 8 ladies for my friends hen. the customer service we recieved was appalling from start to finish. the lady on reception has no manners whatsoever, is rude and extremely unhelpful - any query asked was an inconvenience for her. we were each given 1 towel each for 3 days! she ignored all of our correspondence prior to traveling and is now she is ignoring us again as we are seeking the refund of our security deposit. i would suggest that the owner would want to review their recruitment procedures if this is the type of calibre of people they are employing.
